You agree that reviews posted by users will not be altered or removed unless they violate our Content Guidelines.
Reviews and ratings are generated by independent users. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.
Businesses may publicly respond to reviews but must do so respectfully and in compliance with our Content Guidelines.
Attempts to manipulate ratings (e.g., posting fake reviews, incentivizing positive reviews, or removing negative ones without cause) are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Businesses may purchase advertising, premium listings, or promotional services to increase visibility.
Pricing, payment terms, and service descriptions are provided at the time of purchase.
